Welcome to Konnisseur.  These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and purchases. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of our website or services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Made-to-Measure Orders

All garments sold through our store are custom made-to-measure based on the measurements you provide. Orders will not be processed until accurate measurements are received from you. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Once we receive your measurements, we will begin tailoring your garment. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production and delivery. This timeline may vary based on order volume or complexity.

3. Refund Policy

We are proud to support animal welfare through your purchases. As such, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Once a garment has been produced and delivered, it is non-refundable. Proceeds from sales are allocated directly to animal rescue and rehoming efforts and cannot be reversed.
  • Refunds Before Measurements Are Provided:
    If you place an order but do not provide your measurements, and production has not begun, you are eligible for a full refund, processed within 30 working days of your cancellation request.
  • No Refunds After Measurements are sent And Production Begins:
    Once production begins (i.e., after receiving your measurements), the order is non-refundable.

4. Customer Responsibility for Measurements

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of all measurements submitted. We are not liable for issues with fit resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the customer.

5. Supporting A Cause

When you shop with us, you’re doing more than just purchasing a garment — you’re becoming part of a movement to protect and give voice to the voiceless. Every order helps us fight against animal cruelty and supports the rehoming of vulnerable animals in need of safety, care, and love.

Your contribution goes directly toward rescue efforts, shelter support, and long-term care for animals who deserve a second chance. Because of this, once your order enters production, the funds are committed to this mission and are non-refundable.

6. Payment

All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. Prices are listed in GBP (£). We accept all major credit/debit cards and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment data is processed securely. Full terms and conditions of payment method can be found on their respective websites.

7. Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, services, or products. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, inaccuracies, or losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, text, designs, images, and graphics — is the exclusive property of [Your Brand Name] and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our materials without prior written permission.

10. Client Responsibility & Notification of Viruses

At Konnisseur, we scan all documents and files produced in-house using up-to-date, industry-standard antivirus software before delivery. We take reasonable steps to ensure all files are free from viruses, trojans, and other forms of malicious code at the time they are sent.

Client Responsibility:
Once a document or file is downloaded, Konnisseur is not liable for any damage caused by viruses or malware that may affect the files due to third-party interference, compromised client systems, or insufficient antivirus protection. Clients are responsible for securing their devices and using updated antivirus software.

If a client submits any files that contain viruses, trojans, or other malicious software — whether knowingly or unknowingly — they may be held fully liable for any resulting harm to our systems, data, or operations.

Hacking & Unauthorised Access:
Any attempt to hack, disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, or interfere with Konnisseur’s website, servers, or systems is strictly prohibited. Such activity constitutes a criminal offense and will result in immediate legal action. We reserve the right to report breaches to law enforcement and cooperate fully in any investigation, including sharing IP addresses, user activity logs, and other relevant data.

11. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment cards, false identity, or manipulation of transactions, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to cancel such orders immediately and pursue legal action.

We track and log your IP address, device data, and transaction details, which may be shared with fraud investigation agencies and law enforcement. Offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

12. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information, including your measurements, order details, and communications, will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., sharing with delivery or logistics partners).

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your data, including the use of secure servers, encryption, and up-to-date cybersecurity protocols. In the unlikely event of a data breach caused by our failure to maintain adequate security measures, we will accept responsibility and cooperate fully in resolving the issue in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

However, we cannot be held liable for breaches resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party attacks that bypass standard security protocols or breaches resulting from the client's own device or network vulnerabilities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Konnisseur, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our site, services, or any violation of these Terms.

14. Revision Policy

As all garments are custom-made, we do not offer revisions or alterations unless the error is due to a mistake on our part. If you believe your garment has been made incorrectly based on the measurements you submitted, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By using this website, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
